Contact Information:
The Mustang Club of West Central Florida collects personal contact information for the sole purpose of maintaining contact with and between its members. Contact information is not shared in any way with any party outside the Mustang Club of West Central Florida. Members will not have access to any other Member’s contact information unless given by said Member and sharing of other Member’s contact information without consent is prohibited. Violation of this rule will be reviewed with the Board of Directors and could result in the termination of Membership including forfeiture of remaining membership balance without refund.
Although the Mustang Club of West Central Florida is a social networking group, and open communication between Members is encouraged, the privacy of its Members is of the utmost importance. Therefore any unauthorized solicitation of its members via this website or otherwise without consent of the Board of Directors may result in immediate dismissal.
Uploading Information and Media:
Members are encouraged to upload information, pictures and other media to their profile. The Mustang Club of West Central Florida requires this information not contain any profanity and/or pornography. Any illegal or copywrite materials posted on the Mustang Club of West Central Florida will be removed immediately and could result in revocation of privileges or termination of membership including forfeiture of remaining membership dues. Any legal issues will be directed to the poster of the material and the poster takes full responsibility for the materials and agrees to hold harmless the Mustang Club of West Central Florida.
Members are also not allowed to use other Members materials or media without express written consent of the Member. Any misuse or unauthorized copying of other Members materials or media is a violation of Members privacy and is subject to termination of Membership and forfeiture of remaining dues.
Annual Dues:
As a Member of the Mustang Club of West Central Florida, you are required to pay annual dues. Dues will provide each Member with a total of 365 days of membership which must be paid in advance. Dues are subject to change on an annual basis. Any changes will be voted on at our posted monthly meetings.
Collection of Donations for Events:
Members of the Mustang Club of West Central Florida are asked on occasion to collect donated items such as gifts, gift cards, money, checks, etc for use in various events. The goal of these events is typically to raise money to donate to various local charities and organizations which help the community. When collecting donations all Members are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and respect; maintaining their composure regardless of how others respond to your request for donations. Failure to represent the Mustang Club of West Central Florida in a respectable way could result in termination of the Member’s membership. Also any false information provided in an attempt to wrongfully collect donations for any reason will not only lead to termination of membership, but legal action will be taken with a request for the maximum punishment and fines allowed by law.
Conduct and Apparel at Events:
Members of the Mustang Club of West Central Florida are also expected to conduct themselves and those they associate with while attending meetings, car shows and other events in a respectable way. As most of these events are family oriented, members will be asked to refrain from using profanity in the presence of those who may be offended. Dress must also be appropriate and adequately cover private areas of the body and not contain obscene words, gestures or images. When at events that alcohol is allowed to be consumed, members are expected to know their limits and maintain their control. And under no circumstances should a member drink and drive. The Board of Directors has the final discretion as to what is acceptable or not in terms of proper conduct and apparel.
