On both Monday, February 6^th and March 5^th during the MCWCF monthly meetings at Sarasota Ford, MCWCF President Duke Clancy presented checks in the amount of $2000 each to representatives from Sarasota Tidewell Hospice and the Southeastern Guide Dogs. Both organizations expressed a heartfelt appreciation for the Mustang Club’s efforts in supporting their not-for-profit community based programs. The $4000 donated to the organizations was generated from the MCWCF “Ponies Under the Palms” Ford and Shelby Show in November 2011 at St. Armands Circle. This was a combination of registered cars for the show, donations, a large amount of items collected as raffle prizes, and the weekend vacation Grand Raffle.
